About the book...

Mother Earth creates an army of paranormal super-beings known as The Gemini. They will try everything to wipe out humanity- plagues, disasters, cancer.

Oliver Weldon, oil tycoon, is recruited by the Mother and becomes a lead Gemini. Renamed Onyx, his duty is to completely destroy the human race.

The Gemini, a powerful rising force, proceeds to systematically decimate towns, cities, states… and eventually, the world.

Amidst the chaos, a forbidden relationship between a girl, Violette, and Onyx, begins. He will wrestle between his new found conscience and his duty to the Mother.

They find themselves in the middle of a revolutionary war that will either save, or destroy human kind.

The Gemini


Onyx
Onyx is a young Gemini. He is restless, strong and stubborn. Try as he might to fight his attraction to Violette, he fails over and over. Falling in love with her is the equivalent of committing treason.
 He interacts with her by possessing others, but when he enters Slate, he meets his match.  

Lilly is Onyx's sister, by Gemini standards. She helped him cross over from human form to Gemini. She is quick tempered, highly judgmental and detests all humans, including Violette.

Lilly will give Onyx much grief over his forbidden feelings for Violette and she will make sure her kind are not exposed by what she considers to be her brother's juvenile infatuation. 




                 
Tork
Tork is the leader of Onyx's clan and his dedication to the cause is unparalleled. He has little tolerance for humans, but does not believe in excessive cruelty.
